What is the BIM Author Program?
The BIM Author Program includes everything you need, to become a productive BIM Author; capable of modeling, documenting, scheduling and presenting your project in a collaborative environment.
The bundle consists of 2 parts, foundation-level self-paced courses that will give you a solid basic knowledge of Archicad and other Graphisoft products and advanced-level trainer-led courses, all organized into learning paths that demystify workflows. Advanced courses will help you develop your knowledge and skills to become a Certified Archicad BIM Author.
With the BIM Author Program, you get 12 months of access to its contents. The foundation-level courses are available on demand and you can enroll to them at any time, whereas the advanced-level courses will be available up to 3 times in this 12-month period and you can enroll to them based on your availability.

Once you purchase the BIM Author Program you will instantly access all available foundation level self-paced online courses, organized into learning paths. Along with the on-demand courses you will have the opportunity to sign up to trainer-led online courses as well for a 12-month period. Trainer-led courses will be delivered up to 3 times within the access time-frame of your bundle. Online Delivery Information
The advanced-level courses within the bundle include live trainer-led sessions delivered on the Microsoft Teams platform. The live sessions are recorded and can be re-watched on demand until 12 weeks after the conclusion of the last live meeting of the course. Each live session is 3-hour long with breaks, where the trainer will demonstrate various Archicad techniques, methods and workflows and answer your questions in the Q&A sessions. Participating in the live sessions is NOT mandatory, however highly recommended to get the best training experience.
Software Requirements
The exercise files in this bundle have been created using the International language version of Archicad 26 which means that the work environment and some of the content may be different if you are using a different language version. To be able to follow along with the trainer, please make sure to download Archicad 26!
Certifications
Become a Graphisoft Certified Archicad BIM User
A Certified Archicad BIM User understands the core concept of BIM and is able to use basic functions and features of Archicad. Obtain the certification by completing foundation-level self-paced courses and achieve a minimum score of 60% on quizzes or test your knowledge on the Archicad BIM User Certification Exam. Become a Graphisoft Certified Archicad BIM Author
A Certified Archicad BIM Author understands the entire BIM workflow, is able to use all functions and features of Archicad and has project-level model authoring responsibilities. They can work in a collaborative environment using Teamwork and understand all BIM uses of a project file. Obtain the certification by completing foundation-level, self-paced and trainer-led advanced courses and achieve a minimum score of 60% on course tests and quizzes. Certificate of Attendance
After completing trainer-led advanced courses successfully, you will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance in PDF format, automatically issued after each course is completed. |
