1. Welcome

Welcome to the BIMcloud as a Service training. In this module you will learn about the training content as well as its objectives.

2. Product Overview

In this module you will get an overview of BIMcloud as a Service, how it compares to the other BIMcloud products, as well as its advantages.

3. Webshop and Subscription Management

This module will cover the BIMcloud as a Service purchase process, as well as the most commonly asked questions regarding Subscription.

4. How to get started

In this module you will learn about how to get started with a new BIMcloud as a Service setup, from the Administrative account, to User Management and finally how add/migrate data.

5. Support Policy & Troubleshooting

In this module we will talk about the Support Policy of BIMcloud as a Service, in order to better serve our customers. While the second module will be dedicated to Troubleshooting with the basic checklist actions to perform when getting a report regarding BIMcloud as a Service.
